Job Title: Senior AI Innovation Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior AI Innovation Manager to join our team. As a Senior AI Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders, to identify and capitalize on opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Lead the research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using AI and develop solutions to address them
• Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and computer vision applications
• Oversee the data collection, cleaning, and preparation process to ensure the availability of high-quality data for AI projects
• Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential
• Monitor and measure the performance of AI solutions and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in AI and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate them into our processes and products
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay at the forefront of AI innovation
• Communicate the value and impact of AI solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams
• Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that all AI solutions comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards
• Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the organization to foster a mindset of innovation and improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value
• Extensive knowledge and experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Strong understanding of data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Passion for innovation and staying updated on the latest advancements in AI
• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
