Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal AI Innovation Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Principal AI Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop AI strategies, and oversee the execution of AI projects to drive innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the AI innovation strategy for the company in alignment with our overall business objectives
• Lead a team of AI experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business pain points and opportunities for AI solutions
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify potential AI use cases
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for AI initiatives
• Manage the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Utilize your expertise in AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, to design and develop innovative AI solutions
• Oversee the implementation and integration of AI solutions into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless adoption and user satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and research institutions to stay updated on the latest AI advancements and potential collaboration opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
• Continuously assess and mitigate potential risks and issues related to AI projects, proactively identifying solutions to minimize impact and ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects from ideation to deployment
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively to drive business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team of AI experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
