Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Big Data Developer to join our team. As the Lead Big Data Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale data solutions using cutting-edge technologies. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement big data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, and other open-source technologies.
• Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing tasks.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
• Optimize and tune data solutions for performance and scalability.
• Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of data solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest big data technologies, tools, and trends and incorporate them into our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in big data development.
• Strong experience with Hadoop, Spark, and other big data technologies.
• Proven experience in data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud-based big data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent programming skills in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
