Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, including negotiating commission rates and optimizing partnerships for maximum ROI
Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate program
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance on a regular basis, making adjustments to increase conversions and revenue
Create and manage promotional campaigns and offers for affiliates
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets and marketing materials for affiliates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
Conduct competitive analysis and make recommendations for program improvements
Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the affiliate program
Provide support and assistance to affiliates, including answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the Information Technology & Services space
Proven track record of driving revenue and growth through affiliate partnerships
Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and reporting on metrics and KPIs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
Experience with contract negotiations and managing budgets
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for driving results
