Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Science Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Data Science Consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive data-driven solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of data scientists and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex business problems using data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists and provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies to address them.
• Design and develop machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical models to extract insights and make predictions from large, complex datasets.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, and identify opportunities to incorporate new techniques and tools into our solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on data science best practices and methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical models.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience working with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead a team of data scientists.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Proven track record of delivering successful data science projects, from ideation to implementation.
