Job Title: Principal AI Integration Specialist

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $270000 - $310000

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions into our existing systems and processes. As a subject matter expert in AI integration, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for integrating AI solutions
• Lead the design and development of AI integration strategies, including data acquisition, data preprocessing, model selection, and deployment
• Develop and maintain AI integration frameworks, tools, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective integration of AI solutions
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production systems
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI integration processes and provide timely resolution to any issues that arise
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI integration and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and techniques into our processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and experience with AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes, SQL, and relational databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to overcome complex challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple AI integration projects on time and within budget
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
