Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Advanced Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will lead a team of analytics professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data analysis.
• Proven experience in leading a team and delivering high-quality work.
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and advanced analytics tools such as R, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
