Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers and engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet the company's objectives
Conduct research and experimentation to identify and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques for solving complex problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop and implement AI solutions
Design, build and maintain scalable and efficient AI systems and pipelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and actively contribute to the company's knowledge base
Collaborate with external research partners and academic institutions to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including research papers and patents
Identify and implement best practices for data management, data quality, and data security
Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning within the company by educating and training other teams on the benefits and capabilities of AI
Lead and participate in research conferences, workshops, and seminars to showcase the company's AI capabilities and foster collaborations

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields with a focus on AI and machine learning
Proven track record of leading AI research projects and teams with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience
Extensive knowledge and experience in AI and machine learning algorithms, techniques, and tools such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, etc.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
