About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead AI Application Developer to join our growing team. As the Lead AI Application Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI applications for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI applications, including natural language processing, machine learning, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI solutions that meet those needs.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using programming languages such as Python, Java, and R.
• Utilize data mining, data analysis, and AI techniques to identify patterns and insights from large datasets.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies to continuously improve our AI applications.
• Mentor and train junior developers on AI best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of AI applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in developing AI applications.
• Proven experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, and R.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Experience with data mining, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with natural language processing and computer vision is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
