Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Junior Federated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients using federated learning methodologies. As a Junior Federated AI Engineer, you will work closely with our senior engineers to design, build, and deploy AI models that can be trained on decentralized data sources. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from various industries, gaining valuable experience and contributing to innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and deployment of federated learning models for our clients.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement efficient and scalable AI solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the development cycle, from prototyping to production.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in federated learning and AI technologies.
• Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement data privacy and security measures to ensure the protection of client data.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the AI models, and propose and implement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates on project progress.
• Document code and processes to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s or Master���s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in developing AI models, preferably using federated learning techniques.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques such as differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, or secure multi-party computation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
