Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Lead Knowledge Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Knowledge Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of knowledge engineers and overseeing the development and implementation of knowledge management systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of knowledge engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and develop a deep understanding of their knowledge management needs.
• Design and develop knowledge management systems using the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in knowledge management, and integrate them into our solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of knowledge management systems with other business processes and technologies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients and team members, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for knowledge management systems.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of knowledge management systems, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in knowledge engineering, and share your knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of knowledge engineering principles, methodologies, and technologies.
• Experience in designing and developing knowledge management systems using tools such as Ontologies, RDF, and OWL.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
