Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of autonomous vehicle systems from concept to production, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.
Design and implement algorithms for perception, planning, and control of autonomous vehicles.
Conduct simulations and real-world tests to validate and improve the performance of autonomous vehicle systems.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate sensor and actuator systems into the autonomous vehicle architecture.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in autonomous vehicle technology and incorporate them into the development process.
Work closely with product managers to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate project progress and technical updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing autonomous vehicle systems.
Strong understanding of robotics, control systems, and machine learning algorithms.
Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB.
Proficiency in working with sensor technologies such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras.
Knowledge of autonomous vehicle software frameworks and simulation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
