Position: Senior AI Workflow Engineer
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
Salary: $190000 - $224000
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Workflow Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior AI Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex AI workflows that will enhance our company's capabilities and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI workflows that integrate with existing systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize and automate AI workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of AI workflows to ensure they meet business requirements
- Evaluate new AI technologies and tools to enhance our workflow capabilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies
- Document and maintain detailed technical specifications and workflow documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing AI workflows
- Strong experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with workflow automation tools, such as Apache Airflow or Kubeflow
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
