Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Principal AI Workflow Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI workflows and systems for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science, as well as a proven track record of building and optimizing AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI workflows and systems to support various business functions and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and requirements
• Utilize your expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science to develop and optimize AI workflows and systems
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies to continuously improve and enhance our AI workflows
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in AI workflows and systems, and implement solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our AI capabilities and improve the overall workflow efficiency
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and knowledge in AI and related fields
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their AI solutions into our workflows and systems, as needed
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present updates and progress reports on AI workflows and systems
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI workflow engineering, and incorporate them into our processes and methodologies as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on developing and optimizing workflows
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Proficient in data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools is a plus
