Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and develop efficient and effective software solutions to meet business needs
Ensure that all software systems are fully tested and meet quality standards before deployment
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
Document system processes and procedures for future reference
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to propose innovative solutions
Train end-users on new systems and provide technical support when needed
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Experience with database management and SQL
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
