Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Data Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our company's data warehouse. You will work closely with our data analytics team to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the data warehouse, as well as managing a team of data warehouse developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high-performance levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design efficient data models for the warehouse.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Develop and enforce data warehouse standards and best practices to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Manage a team of data warehouse developers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and implement data reporting and visualization solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data warehousing and analytics, and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the data warehouse.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all data warehouse processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in ETL tools and techniques, with experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.
• Skilled in data modeling and database design, with knowledge of SQL and data warehousing tools such as Oracle, Teradata, or Snowflake.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
