About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our data analytics operations, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
• Manage a team of data analysts and oversee their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Design and maintain data systems and databases to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and analysis.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve any data quality issues.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to analyze large and complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Present data and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, providing actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to identify data needs and develop solutions to address them.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and technologies into our operations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in a similar data analytics role, with at least years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Python.
• Proficiency in data mining and statistical analysis techniques.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data analytics strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
