Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design specifications, and user stories
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested
Perform manual and automated testing to identify any bugs or issues in the software
Document and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
Conduct regression testing to ensure that defects are fixed and new features are functioning as expected
Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement
Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of the software throughout the development lifecycle
Identify potential risks and provide suggestions for mitigation
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or quality assurance
Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database testing
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Effective communication and collaboration skills
