Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of IT projects, including scope, resources, timelines, and budget
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential roadblocks
Communicate project status to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and other relevant parties
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure project goals are met
Lead project meetings, provide guidance and direction to team members, and ensure project deliverables are on track
Facilitate project requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors, and manage their performance to ensure project success
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
