Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Strategy Manager to lead our company's AI initiatives and drive growth and innovation in this rapidly evolving field. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our AI strategy, identifying new opportunities for AI integration, and ensuring the successful execution of AI projects across the organization.

As the AI Strategy Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify areas where AI can be leveraged to improve processes, drive efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in AI technology, and evaluating their potential impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's AI strategy, in alignment with overall business objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and develop business cases to support AI initiatives.
• Lead the execution of AI projects, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technology and assess their potential impact on our business.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to source AI solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams on AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and challenges associated with AI projects, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track the performance of AI projects, and provide timely updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to develop and deploy AI models and algorithms that deliver business value.
• Develop and maintain documentation and reporting on AI projects, including timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful AI strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business.
• Experience in project management, with a focus on AI projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the use of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
