Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of our current cloud infrastructure and identify areas for optimization and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to address business needs
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving system performance and user experience
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of cloud infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and make recommendations for implementation
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and regularly tested
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cloud infrastructure in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably in a data analysis or infrastructure role
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support business needs
• Experience with security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols is a plus
• Certifications in cloud computing (e.g. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
