Lobox is seeking a highly experienced and motivated System Engineer Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals. As the System Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our company's systems. Your role will involve leading a team of system engineers and ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and meeting the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of system engineers, providing guidance and support in all aspects of system design, development, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the company's systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of system documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency and functionality.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for system development and implementation projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on system development and resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of system design and development methodologies.
• Experience with system architecture, networking, and security.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
