Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital strategies to improve the company's online presence and drive business growth.
Lead and manage a team of digital professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital needs and requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze digital metrics and performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance our digital capabilities.
Ensure all digital systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
Train and educate team members on new digital tools and processes, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital systems management role.
Strong technical expertise in web development, mobile app development, and content management systems.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex digital projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR and ADA, is a plus.
