Position: Full-Stack Lead
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
Salary: $190000 - $224000
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Full-Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development of our full-stack web applications. You will be working closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of full-stack web applications from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop complex, scalable, and secure web applications using the latest technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their skills and deliver high-quality work.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in full-stack development to continuously improve our processes and technologies.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of web security and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
