About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our team. As a Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of data analysts to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data strategies, as well as maintaining and improving data processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends
• Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives and improve decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Manage data projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Identify and implement new tools and techniques to improve data analytics processes
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
• Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshoot any issues, and implement corrective actions
• Train and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge in data analytics
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and implement them in our processes
• Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.
• Experience in developing and implementing data strategies and data governance policies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus
• Passion for data and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
