Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage and share knowledge across our organization. You will work closely with various teams and departments to identify knowledge gaps, streamline processes, and promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective knowledge sharing across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capture relevant knowledge and information
• Design and maintain knowledge management systems, databases, and repositories to organize and store knowledge assets
• Conduct regular audits to assess the quality and relevance of knowledge assets and make necessary updates and improvements
• Train and educate employees on knowledge management best practices and tools to promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Monitor and analyze knowledge management metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
• Provide support and guidance to teams and individuals on how to effectively access, share, and utilize knowledge resources
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in knowledge management practices and tools to continuously improve processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, best practices, and tools
• Experience with knowledge management systems and databases
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of successfully implementing knowledge management initiatives and driving results
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
