Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Data Pipeline Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Pipeline Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the data pipelines that will be used to collect, store, and analyze data from various sources. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our data pipelines to support our data-driven decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to support the collection, storage, and processing of large volumes of data.
• Identify and evaluate new data sources that can be integrated into our data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data pipelines that meet their needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
• Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
• Document data pipelines, data sources, and data flows to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain data lineage.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in data pipeline management and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and managing data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
