Job Description: As the AI Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI engineers and overseeing the development and implementation of AI solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI strategies that align with our company's goals. You will also be responsible for managing the entire AI project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are met within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AI engineers to develop and implement AI solutions for our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI strategies
• Manage the entire AI project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment
• Define project scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define project requirements
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and provide solutions to mitigate any issues
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for their professional development
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our AI solutions
• Ensure all projects adhere to company and industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
• Proven experience in managing AI projects from end to end
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest AI trends and technologies
