Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
Develop and maintain data models to analyze and visualize data.
Use statistical methods to identify patterns and insights in the data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights.
Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Identify data quality issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve data analysis processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position based at our office headquarters. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, remote work may be required. The Data Insights Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Marketing teams.
