Salary: $92 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in automating and optimizing our company's IT processes and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing automation solutions that will improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our overall IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and optimization within our IT processes and systems.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline and improve efficiency in our IT operations.
• Utilize various automation tools and scripting languages to automate manual and repetitive tasks.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative ideas to enhance our automation capabilities.
• Work closely with IT teams to test and validate automation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document all automation processes, procedures, and scripts for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and tools and recommend their implementation to improve our IT operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize and troubleshoot automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT automation, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
