Job Overview: As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our company make strategic decisions by analyzing and interpreting data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to identify trends and patterns that will inform business strategies. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth through data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations for streamlining data collection and analysis.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and present data-driven presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis and reporting processes.
• Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a business setting.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data querying and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
