Position Overview: As a Data Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by overseeing all aspects of data compliance for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies, managing compliance projects, and ensuring that our clients' data is in full compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a leadership position that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of data compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data compliance strategies for our clients based on their specific needs and industry regulations
• Conduct thorough compliance assessments and audits to identify any potential risks and gaps in compliance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into all aspects of our clients' business processes
• Serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on all relevant data compliance regulations and communicate any changes or updates to the team and clients
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and procedures
• Lead compliance training initiatives and ensure that all employees and contractors are aware of their responsibilities regarding data compliance
• Manage compliance projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure that all compliance requirements are met
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current on emerging trends and best practices in data compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data compliance, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and SOX
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data compliance strategies and managing compliance projects
• Strong knowledge of data security and privacy principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to a variety of audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the technology or healthcare industry is a plus
• Professional certification in data privacy or compliance is a plus
