Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of IT architects and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery
Develop and maintain the technology architecture roadmap for the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define technology solutions that align with our strategic goals
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and services that will improve our overall IT infrastructure and systems
Monitor the performance and scalability of existing systems and make necessary improvements and enhancements
Ensure that all technology solutions adhere to industry best practices and comply with security and regulatory standards
Create and maintain documentation for all technology solutions and processes
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions for the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and networking technologies
Experience with enterprise applications, such as ERP and CRM systems
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or ITIL, are a plus
