Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Robotics Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of robotic projects, from conceptualization to implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge robotic systems that will revolutionize our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of robotic projects, including conceptualization, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions
• Design and develop robotic systems and components using advanced technologies and techniques
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and implement the most efficient and effective robotic solutions
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source necessary materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the development and implementation of robotic systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the field of robotics, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics design and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of robotics technologies, including sensors, actuators, control systems, and programming languages
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex robotic projects from start to finish
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets
• Experience with CAD software and hands-on experience with robotic systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for robotics and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible in this exciting field
