Salary: $100 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Processing Lead to join our team. As a Data Processing Lead, you will be responsible for managing the processing and analysis of large datasets to provide valuable insights and support decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data processing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data analysts to process and analyze large datasets and provide accurate and timely reports
• Develop and implement data processing procedures and protocols to ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide customized solutions
• Design and maintain data processing systems and tools to automate manual processes and increase productivity
• Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies and errors to ensure data accuracy
• Develop and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries for easy data retrieval and understanding
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data processing and analytics techniques
• Train and mentor junior data analysts on data processing techniques and best practices
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data processing and analysis
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation languages
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
