Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Full-Stack Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our company's web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects that meet client requirements and specifications.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support to help them improve their skills and achieve their professional goals.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development to continuously improve our products and processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, working closely with the team to find efficient and effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness for future reference.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in front-end and back-end web development, including proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
