Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled IT Security Analyst Lead to oversee the security of our organization's information systems. As a lead analyst, you will be responsible for creating and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for leading a team of security analysts and providing guidance and support to ensure the protection of our organization's data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the organization's information systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor network traffic and system logs for any suspicious activity and investigate security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT Security team.
• Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to educate employees on security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
• Conduct research and recommend security solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Experience with conducting risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
• Familiarity with security tools, such as SIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of security analysts.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are preferred.
