Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement the company's infrastructure strategy, including network, servers, storage, and cloud services
Manage and maintain the company's infrastructure, ensuring uptime, scalability, and security
Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
Manage infrastructure budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement new solutions
Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of network, server, and storage technologies
Experience with cloud services, such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL, are preferred
