Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Web Application Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, project management, and team leadership. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web applications to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of web application development projects, from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and testers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of web applications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance process to identify and resolve any issues.
• Manage and prioritize workload for the development team.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure their continuous growth and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of web application development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with web development frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Proven experience in project management, including creating project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
