Job Overview: As a Data Science Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving the development and implementation of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data strategies to solve them. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth and innovation through data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop data-driven solutions
• Design, implement, and maintain data architecture and infrastructure to support data analytics and machine learning models
• Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualizations to extract insights and drive business decisions
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve data analytics processes and capabilities
• Communicate complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout all stages of data analysis and modeling
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in data science and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in data science or analytics roles
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data scientists
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data mining techniques
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and tools, such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
