Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products
Collaborate with the development team to identify and troubleshoot any issues or bugs in the software
Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that all issues have been resolved
Document and report all identified issues and provide recommendations for improvement
Continuously update and maintain test scripts and test cases to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues
Work closely with project managers and product owners to understand project requirements and ensure that testing is aligned with project goals
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing to continuously improve our testing processes
Mentor and train junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in software testing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in software testing in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with testing web-based applications and mobile applications
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
ISTQB or other software testing certifications are a plus
