Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop the overall IT architecture for our company, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to meet organizational needs
Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain systems, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and scalable
Conduct regular assessments of our IT systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
Work with vendors and service providers to assess and select technology solutions that meet our business requirements
Create and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides
Oversee the integration of new systems with existing systems and ensure compatibility and seamless operation
Train and support end-users on new systems and technologies
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT infrastructure and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture, systems engineering, or a similar role
Strong understanding of system design and integration principles
Experience with a variety of hardware, software, and network technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex IT projects
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus
