Position Overview: As the AI Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our AI operations, from development and deployment to maintenance and support. You will work closely with our AI development team to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions and will also collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional support. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI operations specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, enhance performance, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to ensure the smooth and timely deployment of AI solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional support throughout the AI project lifecycle.
• Monitor AI systems and processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for AI operations and ensure they are followed by the team.
• Manage the budget and resources allocated for AI operations, ensuring they are utilized effectively.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the progress of AI operations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering AI projects.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
