Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Proactively identify and resolve potential system issues before they impact our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and functionality
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure systems are up-to-date and operating efficiently
Monitor system performance and create reports to identify areas of improvement
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials
Train end-users on system functionality and best practices
Act as a liaison between end-users and system developers to communicate and resolve technical issues
Participate in system testing and deployment activities
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to suggest and implement improvements to our systems and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in a Systems Support or similar role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of various systems and software, such as operating systems, databases, and programming languages
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management and system implementation is a plus
