Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that align with our company's strategic goals.
• Design and implement IT solutions, including hardware, software, and networking components, to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure smooth operations and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
• Conduct regular assessments of our current IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades or changes.
• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring that milestones are met and projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and make recommendations for their adoption to improve business processes.
• Train and support end-users on newly implemented solutions and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and support for IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
