Salary: $115 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Lead to oversee all aspects of our company's network operations. As the Network Operations Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and functionality of our network infrastructure. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Lead a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective network operations.
• Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and reliability of our network.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as IT, security, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of network operations with overall business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network services and equipment.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in network operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and service agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent coaching and mentorship skills.
• In-depth understanding of network security principles and protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
