Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of IT infrastructure specialists in planning, designing, and implementing the company's technology infrastructure.

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems, including servers, storage devices, and virtualization technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's IT infrastructure.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring the company's critical systems and data are protected and can be recovered in the event of a disaster.

Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT infrastructure products and services.

Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure their continued growth and development.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.

Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and disaster recovery planning.

In-depth understanding of security principles and best practices.

Excellent project management and team leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) are a plus.
