Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Network Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of talented professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's network systems, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Develop and implement network security protocols to protect the company's confidential data and systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other company systems.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Conduct regular network audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and make recommendations for network infrastructure improvements.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of network issues.
• Manage a team of network technicians and provide leadership, guidance, and training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network systems management.
• Strong knowledge of network design and implementation, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Extensive experience with network security protocols and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex network issues.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP, are highly preferred.
