Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems
Develop and manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions to improve their workflow
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for implementing new tools and systems to improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of company data
Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure systems are backed up regularly
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on IT projects and address any issues or concerns
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
Experience with project management and budgeting
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing IT projects
