Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI Research Manager to lead our AI research team and drive innovation within our company. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI researchers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven track record of conducting and publishing high-quality research in AI.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of researchers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
